Being a part of the Madison County-Hokuto Exchange is a great way to learn about Japan and get to know our own region, too! Everyone is welcome to be a part of the friendship and opportunities for exchange. The Japanese visit Madison County in the spring of each year, and the Americans visit Hokuto in the fall.
